Florida Vacation Rentals

 

You must agree to the following terms and conditions

Check-in: Check in time is 4pm. Check out is 10am, unless otherwise agreed 

DEPOSITS: A reservation deposit is required to secure the property.  Travel insurance is always recommended.

CANCELLATION: Deposits paid to secure your vacation home are not refundable unless all the dates are re-booked. A $100 administrative fee is charged.  Travel insurance is always recommended.

OCCUPANCY: Occupancy of your vacation home is set by Florida State law. Any violation of this law will result in eviction from the property with no refund. Contact us for details.  

DAMAGE: A $40 Security Deposit Protection Plan is applied to all rentals. If you opt out of this plan a $500 cash damage deposit will be charged. A valid credit card number is still required to be held on file to cover any damaged deemed willful or malicious. The plan details are listed below:

Vacation Rental Damage Protection: This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3000. Any damages that exceed $3000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during the trip, the Insurer will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or the Actual Cash Value of the property, up to $3000 .Certain terms and conditions apply.  Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy (www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/G10VRD ).  The Vacation Rental Damage can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in.   By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Vacation Villas, LLC any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage.  Please contact Vacation Villas, LLC directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.

CLEANING: You are expected to leave the home the way you found it. Any home that is left abnormally or exceptionally dirty will be charged additional cleaning fees. Please refer to your Rental Agreement for additional information

COMPLAINTS: Problems with the property should be directed to the property owner or manager.  We provide this information to you and it is also located in the general information binder in the home. Please report any problems immediately.

UPON ARRIVAL: When you arrive at your vacation home. Inspect the premises inside and out and report immediately to the property manager any damage, broken pool screens, windows or anything that appears out of place or missing.

ACTS OF GOD: Under normal conditions, there are no refunds given for acts of War, terrorism or acts of God. This includes hurricanes, earthquakes or any other unforeseen event. Travel insurance is always recommended.       

POOL/SPA HEATING: Pool and spa heaters will heat your water to a comfortable range; usually this is 80 to 86 degrees. The pool heaters run approximately 8-10 hours a day. During times of extreme cold weather the pool heaters do not have the capacity to heat the pool or spa to the normal range. Pool heat refunds are not made for weather related causes. 

LIABILITY Florida Vacations Villas assumes no liability for the occupants, the home itself and/or associated property. Occupants assume all risk and liability and agree to hold Florida Vacation Villas harmless. 

Unavailability of your home: From time to time the home you reserve may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control.  If this happens the property manager or owner reserves the right to move you to a similar home. Although we try to provide accurate information about the amenities listed in each home, such as number of TV’s , DVD/stereos, game systems and bed sizes, Vacation Villas, LLC will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Additional terms and conditions that apply to this rental agreement: 

*       Please leave the home in the condition you found it

*       Put the trash out to the curb on trash days, information should be inside the home

*       Put away the dishes, strip the beds and place linens next to the washer

*       Pick up and discard trash and litter, papers, food containers etc…

*       Food items left out will attract ants and rodents, please pick up.

*       Please locate the information binder in home for further instructions. 

*       Contact the property manager/owner if there are any problems.

*       Guests are responsible for consumable items, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc...
