Our new 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath villa is located in Windwood Bay, a private community, and is less than 20 minutes from Disney world and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. The 30 x 15 feet swimming pool & spa with extended pool deck allows for great fun in the sun. There is a ½ bath located on the lanai area for easy access.

Orlando International Airport is a convenient 30 min drive away. It is also close to Interstate 4 and Highway 192 through which you can access the main attractions in Central Florida as well as restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Greg Norman’s Champions Gate golf course and complex is approximately 3 miles away where there is a Publix Super Market, Subway Sandwich Shop, China 1 Chinese restaurant and take away, McDonald’s restaurant and gas station.

Bedroom1 - King Master Suite
King size bed with full tub and walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Bedroom has 32” cable TV.

Bedroom 2 and 3 - Two Queen Master Suites
Two Queen-sized bed Master Suites (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) complete with bed linen, dresser, mirror, a 27” television and en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 - Two Bedrooms with 2 Twin Beds that share a 4th full bath
Two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each that share a 4th full bath. Both bedrooms have 19” TV’s in each room.

Loft Area
Loft area has a 3 seater couch, a 2 seater couch, a chair, a 32” TV and a Sony Playstation.

Games Room
The garage has been converted into a Games Room with a full size pool table, table tennis, foosball and darts game for your enjoyment.

Swimming Pool & Spa Area
The large enclosed pool has a spa and is equipped with fiber optic lighting for full enjoyment both day and night. Optional pool heat is available for an additional charge. The lanai area has ample seating for all to enjoy.
