This beautiful vacation home was built in the summer of 2003 and is set amongst some of the most prestigious vacation homes that the Orlando area has to offer. Formosa Gardens is a highly sought after area for vacations due to its close proximity to Disney and beautiful surroundings in a safe and gated community with two lakes. 

This home was built to the highest specification with full upgrades throughout.  

When entering the property you will find on the right the most glorious dining area with a beautiful table and chairs for elegant dining. Walk down the spacious entrance hall which opens up to a large living area large double doors open out onto the deck area over looking the pool, there is a superb custom built wooden kitchen with corian work tops, fully upgraded appliances, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils

There is a breakfast area with table chairs and Bar stools up to a counter top for casual dining and another pair of French doors opening out onto the covered lanai.  

We have three king-size bedrooms one with large French doors out to the pool area, all with their own en suite facilities, a queen bedroom with large French doors to the pool area and a bathroom that also has access to the pool area.

A fully equipped utility room with steam iron, ironing board washer and dryer all there for your convenience.  

A superb games room with a striking floor! and unusual memorabilia, an air hockey table and 8 ft pool table will keep you all amused.  

Upstairs you will find another king size bedroom with ensuite facilities and a full size bedroom with a pull out trundle this room shares a bathroom with our twin bedroom.    

All the bedrooms have TVs/VCR/DVDs, hair dryers, towels and bed linen fully upgraded high quality furniture.  

Our swimming pool has had several upgrades to make your stay more enjoyable, comfortable furniture surrounds the pool area with an under cover lanai area, with cooling fans for those who prefer this shade. 

Large sun parasols also provide shade around the pool area.We also have Out door dining facilities for alfresco eating after a hard day at the parks!!!  

The house is fully maintained with weekly pool cleans and lawn maintenance, a wall safe is also available along with a 24 hour monitored alarm system
