Also on the first floor, there is a generous bedroom with a queen-sized bed and adjoining bath with a large walk-in shower. This is also the guest bath but can be locked for privacy - great for seniors or others who prefer to avoid the stairs. A large master bedroom suite is on the second floor and overlooks the pool. The third bedroom is located on the west side of the house and has twin size beds and also a private bath.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the second floor between the bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms has its own television, VCR and telephone. There is also a Sony Playstation 2, which can be moved to any room. Want more?
