Being located in the exclusive community of Formosa Gardens Estates, just 2 miles from Disney, it is ideally located to all the central Florida attractions. The owners have spared no expense in readying it for vacationing guests. It was professionally decorated with high-end furniture, Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses on all the beds, a 55" big screen TV in the family room, a Sony Playstation II, DVD and VHS players with library of movies, board games, an air conditioned games room with billiards table, air hockey, darts, pc with internet access, and a fax machine. Each bedroom has it's own TV set. This luxurious professionally decorated vacation home boasts 4 King suites, 1 Queen suite, and 2 children's rooms decorated in true Disney fashion. One of our themed children's rooms is Pooh and Tigger on Safari, and the other is Mickey and Minnie in Polynesia, complete with "mosquito nets" over the beds and a mouse-earred tv set. It will be hard to get the kids to go to the parks! Additionally, Utopia has designer area rugs, silk floral arrangements, exceptional artwork, accent walls, satellite TV system, stereo, and paddle fans with remote controls. In a tropical setting outside we have a mouse-earred kiddie pool, a huge heated pool and spa, volleyball set, gas barbeque grill, all under an oversized screened enclosure for your comfort. The sun hits the pool about 10:30 am and stays until the sun sets, which we are certain you will enjoy. The pool can be heated in the cooler months for your enjoyment Your safety is our concern, so pool alarms are on the doors that lead to the pool. Additionally, a movable child safety screen is also on the lanai. You can enjoy the outside while the tots can run about without worry of them falling in the pool. We provide, at no extra charge, a crib, highchair, stroller, and booster seat. All our outlets have safety covers to protect the little one's from their own curiosity 1st floor with 3 king with bath, 1 queen with pool bath. 2nd floor 1 king with bath, 2 kids rooms 2 twins each. |
