Our brand new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom vacation pool villa is waiting for you in one of Florida's new developments (Bridgewater Crossing).

Bed arrangements are: 1 queen master suite, 1 full-size bedroom, and 1 set of twin bunk beds done in the Scooby Do Theme. This lovely villa accommodates up to 6 guests. A large 36 inch color TV in the living area provides enjoyment for the entire family

The master suite has a 27 inch color TV. for those moments when you want to get away. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook and the dining area has a table that will seat 6 comfortably. This is a non-smoking home but for those who smoke, please do so outside

Relax by the private 14' X 30' screened pool that overlooks one of the 3 lakes that surround this development and soak up the Florida sunshine. Catch up on your reading while keeping an eye on the kids. 
There is a children’s play area, 4 houses away less then a 2 minute walk

Keep cool during the summer months with central air and ceiling fans throughout the house. Enjoy a day at any of the Disney Theme Parks, Cypress Gardens, Wet & Wild, Universal Studios or Busch Gardens. For all you shopaholics, there are several Outlet Stores within 15 minutes and also Downtown Disney Market Place. Where you can shop, eat, and enjoy Planet Hollywood and Pleasure Island. There are also about 5, 18 hole golf courses within a 10 mile radius for all you men who don't enjoy shopping.

After a day by the pool or the parks and you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a night out at any of the several restaurants within a 10 min. ride. Enjoy a dinner show at King Henry's Feast, Arabian Nights or Medieval Times or something a little more casual. 

Our home is well maintained and very clean. You'll fall in love with it and will want to return again next year.
