This spacious (3,100 sq. ft.) luxury villa, which features a formal dining room, a formal sitting room, a large family room and breakfast nook, offers plenty of comfort and space to relax and enjoy your vacation. 

All the rooms are exceptional, having been professionally furnished and decorated to the highest of standards.

This home enjoys many upgraded facilities including tiling throughout the living area and a beautiful kitchen with Corian worktops. Fully air conditioned, with the added luxury of ceiling fans in all rooms and the lanai.

The downstairs King master bedroom is sheer luxury. Not only is there a beautiful en-suite with separate W.C., shower, his and hers sinks and a large round “garden tub”, but also a private sitting area with French doors leading out to the pool. It also has cable TV and VCR.

The second master suite is upstairs and also boasts a king size bed (6’6” wide), an en-suite bathroom and sitting room with armchairs and cable TV and VCR.

There is an additional queen size bedroom, complete with en-suite. The two twin rooms share an adjacent bathroom.

Enjoy this 30’ by 18’ luxury pool complete with spa or simply relax in comfort under the Lanai (covered patio area) and enjoy the stunning view over Star Lake.

The pool also has a waterfall which provides a relaxing sound adding to the tranquil ambience of this wonderful home. Child alarms have been fitted to all doors leading to the pool area.

Amenities include phones, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Cable TV, VCR and DVD players, Children’s games and videos, screened luxury pool with spa, Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen (toaster, coffee maker, ice maker.), Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, double garage, security system and safe. All linens provided, a large array of towels and hairdryers. Cookware and utensils provided to cater for up to 12 people, (including plastic glasses and plates, ideal for dining al fresco!). A gas BBQ is available for an additional rental charge. This villa is non smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request. The vacation villa is professionally maintained and fully licensed.
