Laurel
Springs is an executive home overlooking the woodland conservation area in the
resort community of Windsor Hills which is only 2 miles from the entrance to
Walt Disney World. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a great games room.

Hills is a first class resort community with superb facilities for use by all
guests including an Olympic sized swimming pool with a great waterslide. There
is also a games room, 48 seat movie theatre, exercise room, sundry room and a
shuttle service to the theme parks (small fee required).
Laurel Springs has a great
south facing view and a peaceful view of the wooded conservation
area. It is the perfect place to build up your energy after all that
work on the golf course or in the part, without being overlooked
from the back
The extended pool area has a 28ftx14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the
sunshine all day. If you get too hot then you can spend some time in the large
covered lanai area with its own TV and overhead fans. There are plenty of
reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while
enjoying the view and there is a child safety fence in place to keep young
children away from the pool unless supervised.
Inside, Laurel Springs has plenty of air-conditioned space for your and your
family to spread out. There are four master bedroom suites. Two with King beds
and two with twin beds. The villa can sleep up to 8 in real comfort.
Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. In the rest of the house you will find a
large family room with a big screen TV and Xbox 360 with games. In the games
room there is a pool table, fooseball and a big screen TV. There is also a
breakfast nook and separate dining room. The fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel
perfectly comfortable during your stay.
Laurel has loads of “extras” at no extra charge such as high-speed wireless
Internet, DVDs and board games, a gas BBQ grill and a baby equipment package
including high chairs, strollers and baby monitors.
Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on

quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the
villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.

This home
will be completely upgraded by the middle of January.
Upgrades will include:
Repainting the inside completely.
Replacing the bedding and linens.
Upgrading the two King mattresses with pillow-top mattresses
Installing flat screen TVs in the bedrooms
Converting the garage into a games room with pool table, air-hockey and a big
screen TV.
Providing window treatments etc.
