Our new 5-bedroom villa is located within Grand Reserve, a private gated community, and is less than 20 minutes from Disney world and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. The south facing 30 x 15 feet heated swimming pool with extended pool deck which is 50 x 30 feet and fully screened has maximum sun exposure and overlooks conservation wetlands.

Grand Reserve is a gated community off County Highway 54.   Orlando International Airport is a convenient 30min drive away. It is also close to Interstate 4 and Highway 192 through which you can access the main attractions in Central Florida as well as restaurants, supermarkets and shops.

Swimming Pool and Deck - The fully screened South facing extended pool deck is 50`x 30` including a 20`x10`  Lanai  and 30`x15` heated swimming pool and luxury patio furniture to include four sun lounges, two patio tables with eight patio chairs, also a luxury gas barbecue for all of your al fresco eating and drinking.

We have also added a free standing hot tub for our guests enjoyment.

 Queen Master Suite - Queen-sized bed complete with bed linen, dresser, mirror, three nightstands, a 19” television and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead out to the fully screened extended pool deck.

Second bedroom - Double bed with chest of drawers, mirror and two nightstands, one for 19” television.

Third bedroom - Two twin beds with mirror and two nightstands; one for 19” television.

 Fourth bedroom - Two twin beds with mirror and two nightstands; one for 19” television.

 Second Queen Master Suite - Queen sized bed with dresser, mirror and three nightstands, 19” Television, stereo with CD player and AM/FM radio.
