This luxury home is under new ownership and has been professionally refurbished to a high standard, thus many of the fixtures and fittings are brand new. It has six bedrooms and four bathrooms and it is licensed for twelve people. The house is very spacious with cathedral ceilings and a wonderful galleried landing which gives the house a lovely feel. There is an informal dining room off the kitchen plus breakfast bar. There is a formal dining room at the front of the house. In the large family room there are comfortable sofas and a large 56 inch HDTV and DVD player

There are three bedrooms upstairs. One master QUEEN suite with bathroom ensuite and two TWIN bedrooms with a separate bathroom. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, one master KING with a large ensuite bathroom and dressing room, one KING bedroom and then one QUEEN bedroom. This has a toilet and shower room next to it which leads out to the swimming pool. All the bedrooms have 20" TV DVD combos in them. The Kings and queens have luxury pillow topped mattresses and there are curtains in all of the rooms. There is a large well equipped American kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, quality cookware, crockery and utensils and a separate laundry room with a washer, tumble drier, iron and ironing board

The swimming pool is at the back of the house. It is 32'x16' heated and screened and it a south facing pool. There is a shaded lanai with a full range of dining and lounge furniture. There are child alarms which have been fitted to all doors leading to the pool area. There is also a separate hot tub which is next to the swimming pool.
