Our new 4-bedroom, 3 bath villa is located in Dalahia Reserve, a private community, and is less than 20 minutes from Disney world and 25 minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World. The 30 x 15 feet swimming pool & spa with extended pool deck allows for great fun in the sun while overlooking a calm and peaceful lake

Orlando International Airport is a convenient 30 min drive away. It is also close to Highway 192 through which you can access the main attractions in Central Florida as well as restaurants, supermarkets and shops

Kitchen

Fully fitted with stainless steel sink with waste disposal, large fridge freezer with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, electric toaster, electric blender, electric food mixer, electric coffee maker, dishwasher. Kitchen Table with six chairs and Two bar stools

Family Room 

Three seater sofa, two seater love seat and a single chair, coffee table, TV unit with 42” TV.  Sliding patio doors lead to covered Lanai and extended pool deck

Loft Area 

Large loft area convenient for children to relax while the adults do their own thing in the family room.  Loft area has TV, DVD and PS2.  Home entertainment unit which includes DVD , CD, MP3 , AM/FM radio, stereo, and surround sound

 

Bedroom 1 - King Master Suite 

King size bed with full tub and walk-in shower and large walk-in closet.  Bedroom has 32” cable tv

 

Bedrooms 2:  Queen Master Suite 

Queen-sized bed Master Suites complete with bed linen, dresser, mirror, a 27” television and en-suite bathroom

 

Bedrooms 3 and 4:  Two Bedrooms with 2 Twin Beds that share a 3rd full bath 

Two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each that share a 4th full bath.  Both bedrooms have 19” tv’s in each room

Swimming Pool Area: 

The large enclosed pool is for full enjoyment both day and night.  Optional pool heat is available for an additional charge.  The lanai area has ample seating for all to enjoy
