Luxurious 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath Private Home will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and is located only minutes from Disney World.

This home is conveniently located ten minutes to Disney World in one of Florida's newest communities - Bridgewater Crossings. Our community features a 45-acre deep water lake, nature trails, fishing, biking, picnic area with grills, lighted basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts, an Olympic-size heated community pool, and close proximity to many PGA Golf Courses

This new tastefully decorated fully furnished four bedroom private home features a King Master Suite, a Queen Master Suite and two bedrooms with twin beds that share a third full bath.  

Our air-conditioned fully furnished NON-SMOKING villa offers a split bedroom design. This design allows the each master bedroom privacy from the other rooms in the home. The King Master Bedroom with en-suite full bath also has a color cable television for separate evening enjoyment. Additionally, should you wish to enjoy a quick dip in the pool you only need to step out the sliding glass doors in the master bedroom onto the pool area. 

The Queen Master Bedroom with en-suite full bath also has a color cable television and your own private access to the pool area.

The remaining 2 twin bedrooms share a 3rd full bath. All towels, linens and even the beach towels are furnished for you enjoyment.

A spacious open living room with cable color television, VCR, and stereo system offers plenty of room to relax after a day of one of the many parks.

The dining room and kitchen area offers a great view of the enclosed heated pool and lanai area. The fully-equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker.  Also our home has a separate washer/dryer area should you wish to do laundry while here.

The covered lanai offers a relaxing area with a smoking urn for those of you who do smoke and easy access to the pool area.  Relax and enjoy the privacy of your “own” heated pool.
