Our villa is located at Oak Island Cove, Formosa Gardens Estates in Kissimmee only 5 minutes from Disney and the other theme parks. Our villa has six bedrooms (three upstairs and three downstairs) two living rooms one with a massive 60 inch widescreen television which is shown in the living room pictures section.

There is a king master 4 poster downstairs with tv, two walk in closets with wall safes and a huge en-suite with garden bath, separate shower stall, twin vanity units with a door leading directly onto the pool area.

Also downstairs there are a further two twin bedrooms with full bathroom. A full american dream kitchen with all appliances you can thing of, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools and nook with pool access. A utility room with washer and dryer leads to the full size games room with pool table, air hockey, electronic darts, X box and TV, selection of board games. High chair, cot/crib, playpen/yard and small buggy are also available free of charge

Upstairs two queen master bedrooms and a further twin bedroom. The 30 foot south facing pool benefits from all day sunshine, high quality pool furniture help you relax as will the heated spa, at night the pool changes color every few seconds. If it gets too hot there is a large lanai for some shade.

The house is just over two years old has 9 cable tv's, (including one in every bedroom) dvd/vcr players, Full air conditioning and heatable pool/spa
