Downstairs you will find a bright and colorful Queen bedroom with a full bath. A spacious open living room with cable color television, VCR and stereo system which offers plenty of room to relax after a day at the parks.

The dining room and kitchen area offers a great view of the enclosed heated swimming pool and lanai area. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker and all the kitchen utensils you will need.

Some of the major restaurants offer fine dining such as Medieval Times, casual dining at Downtown Disney, Planet Hollywood and Pleasure Island and many other restaurants. There are several major supermarkets, discount stores and outlets conveniently located close by as well.

The covered lanai offers a smoking urn to use for those of you who do smoke. After a day at one of the many Theme Parks, Outlet Malls, Golf Courses or other attractions, relax in the covered screened lanai/patio and enjoy a 12' by 30' swimming pool. Or if you have children you may relax with while they play in the fully equipped children's play area located 1 block away.
