The house is a new spacious four bedroom detached property on a large plot. There is a King Master Suite, a Queen Master Suite, a full size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The layout is very well suited to 2 families sharing. There are 3 bathrooms, heat-able pool with spa, double garage and air conditioning. The lounge is designed with an open living room area and open plan kitchen and dining area to allow for maximum relaxation and family gathering. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you would expect in your own home plus more. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, blender, waste disposal, and full size washer & dryer in the laundry room. Apart from the house pool there is a large communal pool and recreation area including tennis courts. O utside the house is a wide pool area with 26ft pool and spa. There is a large covered lanai with ample dining furniture and loungers. The whole pool area is enclosed in a screen. Using the I-4 freeway which is 2 miles from the house, It takes 10 minutes to Disney's World Drive. Close enough to come home for lunch then back again.
