$130 per night all year long, prices include Florida taxes.
Add $95 cleaning fee for stays of 6 nights or less
Pool and/or Spa heat is $30 per day. Minimum charge is $150
A $40 accidental Damage waiver is charged on each rental
A $20 one time reservation fee is charged with each rental
