Our air conditioned fully furnished home is situated on a nicely landscaped corner lot with pond views that welcomes you.

Our home offers a KING Master and a QUEEN Master Suite and 2 Twin Bedrooms that share a 3rd full bathroom. There is a TV in the King Master suite and in the living room. Spacious open living/dining floor plan offers additional space for family gatherings. Cable television and stereo located in this area for family enjoyment

The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and all the kitchen gadgets you need. This is a non-smoking home but for those who do smoke a smoking urn is provided for your use outside on the Lanai.

• Master Bedrooms: 
• The Master Suite has a King size bed and an en-suite bath that has a large garden tub, shower enclosure and double vanity. 
• This home has a second Queen Master Suite with an en-suite bath with a shower enclosure and single vanity. 
There are two additional bedrooms, each with twin beds, and a third bathroom with a tub/shower combination

• Kitchen and Living Area: 
• The open Living Room area features a 27"color cable television and a stereo system. The Living Room opens onto a cover Lanai and swimming pool area. 
• The open Kitchen and Dining area features a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave). 
Don't feel like cooking? - NO PROBLEM - our home is located close to many fine restaurants within a 10 minute ride. Some of the major restaurants offer fine dining such as Medieval Times, casual dining at Disney Market Place, Planet Hollywood and Pleasure Island and many other restaurants. There are several major supermarkets, discount stores and outlets conveniently located close by as well. 

After a day at one of the many Theme Parks, Outlet Malls, Golf Courses or other attractions, relax in the covered screened Lanai/Patio or enjoy swimming in our lighted and enclosed 12' x 30' pool.  Swimming Pool. The covered Lanai has 2 tables, 8 chairs and 2 chaise lounges for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool.
