5 Bedroom 3 Bath private Pool

Bridgewater Crossing, 15 minutes to Disney

A luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms property with a private screened 28' X 14' pool and deck area.  The property is air-conditioned throughout. The villa is located in a no-through road and backing onto natural wetlands, which contain an abundance of wildlife.  

The villa can sleep up to 12 persons. This beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment away from the crowds is 15 – 20 minutes drive away from Disney’s Magic Kingdom and the other major attractions

The Lounge has a 3-seater sofa bed and a 2-seater sofa in an American Indian fabric pattern design.  It has 2 side tables, each with its own lamp, and a coffee table.  There is a 29-inch TV with cable, VCR and stereo CD and cassette system in an entertainment unit.  There are two sets of patio doors on the ground floor leading out towards the pool. 

Upstairs, the master bedroom contains a queen-sized bed with a patterned quilt.  It has a bleached pine wood headboard, which matches the two double drawer side tables and dressing table with attached mirror.  The side tables have lamps and one has a telephone speaker conference, modem hook-up and answer machine while the other has a radio alarm clock. A 21-inch screen TV is set up in the corner of the room. 

There is also a large walk in wardrobe with hanging space. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, which has a WC, large shower cubicle, a bath, 2 sinks in vanity units, which is complemented by a large mirror with lighting above. There are fitted medicine and towel cupboards. Accessories include a hair dryer and towels. The bedroom view looks out over the wetlands

Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed with a floral patterned quilt. The headboard is pine with a cast iron in lay design in the middle. The room has two side tables each with its own lamp. There is a radio alarm clock.  There are also full width built in set of wardrobes with hanging space and a dresser with a fixed mirror. The bedroom looks out over the wetlands. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds with beautifully designed quilts. Both have a side table with a lamp and clock radio. The rooms also contain built in wardrobes with hanging space. 

The family bathroom has a bath with an attached shower, WC, vanity unit and mirror with lights above.  Accessories include a hair dryer, and towels. 

Downstairs, bedroom 5 has twin beds with colourful-patterned quilts. There is a side table with a lamp and radio alarm clock. It has a joining bathroom that has a WC, bath with an attached  shower, vanity unit, a large mirror with lights above and a medicine cabinet. Hairdryer is supplied. 

The pool area contains a 28 X 14 pool, which is enclosed by a fine mesh screen. There are 4 fully upholstered reclining sun loungers, 6 patio chairs, 2 small drink tables as well as large table equipped with an umbrella are provided for comfort and relaxation. There is a lanai that provides shade with a small table and 2 chairs. The pool has underwater lighting and there are patio lights, which enable full use after dark. The pool has gas heating which is available on request. 

The fitted kitchen contains a large oven, microwave, fridge-freezer with ice making facility, dishwasher, food processor, waste disposal unit and many other utensils complemented with crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances. There are three stools located at the breakfast bar. 

The dining facilities have a table and chairs with patio doors leading out to the lanai.  A wall-mounted telephone is provided and a credit card arrangement is available to enable guest’s unfettered use of the phone during the stay. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board
