This villa is located in Bridgewater crossing, a new development complete with a large communal swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, volleyball, basketball and BBQ area. 

There is fantastic fishing and great golf courses on your doorstep, including "Champions Gate" a new golf course designed by Greg Norman to championship standards.

The house itself is located in a large garden, with a beautiful lily pond at the end of the garden. It is fully furnished and air conditioned.

As keen golfers and parents to a young family the owners feel after a considerable amount of searching, have found the ideal holiday location for both young and old, whatever your needs and interests.

There is also, free of charge use of the owners own bikes, golf clubs and fishing equipment. The dining area is an open plan to the kitchen which has a large table and eight chairs. There is a very spacious living room, should you wish to relax inside, complete with TV and video. 

There are 1 king size master bedroom and 1 queen master bedroom complete with en-suites and TV's. The bathrooms have large six foot by 3 ft 6 in walk in showers and vanity units, and large closets. The two remaining bedrooms have twins beds in each room, served by a full size connecting bathroom, which the kids will love!!   There are tv's in each bedroom so that all can enjoy a different cable program.  There are bikes for the children to use as well as golfing equipment.
 
At the rear there is a covered Lanai. The oversized pool enclosure, which overlooks a natural lily pond and wetlands, is home to a 15x30 ft pool which can be heated at an additional cost. There is ample seating and an outdoor dining table and several small tables.
