This luxury villa is situated at Bridgewater Crossing, a 78 acre community nestled among 16 acres of wetlands, nature reserve and a 45 acre deep water lake. All guests are welcome to use the available facilities which include a communal swimming pool and cabana, BBQ area, basketball and volley ball courts, floodlit tennis courts and a Children's play area which are all a short walk from the house.

The house is pleasantly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto a natural lake and conservation wetlands. 

All living space is luxuriously furnished and is fully air conditioned for your comfort with the additional benefit of ceiling fans in all rooms.  This house has broadband available

Ceramic tiles in the entrance hall, kitchen, Dining area and the Great Room give a clean and cool overall feeling. There's a brand new couch set (2008).  In the Great room there is one three seater and two two seater leather sofas for you to relax on after a long day in the parks. For your further enjoyment you can watch the large 32' screen TV which has a abundance of cable channels.

Master suites one and two have queen size beds, pine bed stands and dressing chests. The bathrooms have large six foot by 3 ft 6 in walk in showers and double vanity units, WC and large closets. The two light and airy twin bedded rooms are served by one bathroom with tub, shower and double vanity unit.

At the rear there is a covered Lanai. The oversized pool enclosure, which overlooks a natural lake and wetlands, is home to a 15x30 ft pool which can be heated at an additional cost. There is ample seating and an outdoor dining table and several small tables.

The villa is fully maintained and licensed. 

Amenities: All linens, including towels for the pool. A washer, dryer, vacuum  cleaner, iron and ironing board, all cookware and utensils. A crib and high chair are also provided.

We would ask that guests do not smoke inside the villa. No pets please!
