Luxurious 4 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Private Home will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably and is
located only minutes from Disney World. Our community features a 45-acre deep water lake,
nature trails, fishing, biking, picnic area with grills, lighted basketball courts, volleyball
court, tennis courts, an Olympic size heated community pool, and close proximity to many PGA
Golf Courses.

This new tastefully decorated fully furnished three bedroom private home features a Queen Master
Suite, a full bedroom and two bedrooms with twin beds and a 2nd full bath.

villa offers a split bedroom design. This design allows the each master bedroom privacy from the
other rooms in the home. The queen master bedroom with full bath also has a color cable television
for separate evening enjoyment. The remaining bedrooms share 2nd full bath. For those with
infants or small children we provide a crib and high chair

A spacious open living room with cable color television and VCR offers plenty of room to relax
after a day of one of the many parks. The dining room and kitchen area offers a great
view of the enclosed heated pool and lanai area. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave,
dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. Also our home has a separate washer/dryer area
should you wish to do laundry while here. The covered lanai offers a relaxing area with a
smoking urn for those of you who do smoke and easy access to the pool area. Relax and enjoy the
privacy of your “own” heated pool. If you have children, you may relax with them
while they play in the fully equipped children's play area located one short block away.
