Commanding picturesque views from its lakefront position, beautiful Boulevard House features eight huge bedrooms sleeping up to sixteen guests in comfort, with five en-suites and one family bathroom. All bedrooms include TVs, luxurious pillow-top mattresses, and ceiling fans, and are furnished to the highest standards, creating a relaxing and stylish ambience. One twin bedroom has been specially themed for children, and includes a games console to keep young minds entertained!

There is plenty of living space for large family groups across two huge lounges, letting you stretch out to the maximum, with high ceilings and a beautiful gallery enhancing the sense of spatial freedom. The main lounge features huge windows affording views over the pool and beautiful Star Lake beyond. A more secluded lounge area offers a quiet nook to relax in. The dining area adjoins the enormous gourmet kitchen, making this the ideal spot for close family dining. From this vantage point you can also take in some terrific views, and access to the pool deck runs intermittently through French doors along this side of the house

More entertaining extras include a full size games room, featuring a pool/billiards table, so challenge each other to improve your game! Alternatively, why not settle back into your reclining seat in the home cinema room? Or if you feel in the need for ultimate relaxation, take a dip in the amazing 45 ft private pool, which is accompanied by a separate children's pool for little water wings, and a relaxing jacuzzi, all set in total privacy, yet affording perfect views over the 120 ft of private lakefront. The pool area also has a large lanai with seating for 16 persons to enjoy alfresco dining under the stars
